A newly established consortium created by the merger of two companies: Ishihara trading co. s.r.o. and the FQI Trust investment fund, managed by Capital Trust a.s. and CinzovniDomy CZ, s.r.o. The consortium’s main focus is on the acquisition of residential buildings in Prague. The consortium’s main added value compared to the competition is its ability to purchase real estate and/or ownership interests quickly and without lengthy loan processing. As a fund quoted on the Prague Stock Exchange, the buyer is a stable business partner capable of legally resolving the shift of the tax burden from the Seller to the Buyer in the event of the purchase of an ownership interest at a price greatly exceeding the accounting value.
