The apartment is intended for short-term rentals for whole all year. The apartment is furnished in a nautical style. You can look forward to all the equipment: TV, WI-FI, Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cellar, induction, oven, shower in the bathroom. Underfloor heating in the entire apartment (heat pump), pellet stove, which can not only heat you up immediately in winter, but also create a nice atmosphere. The apartment includes parking lot No. 12. In the main building, a private spa with a hot tub, a Finnish sauna and a tepidarium is available to visitors. Athletes will use the fitness equipment with strength and conditioning machines, two infrared cabins. There is a reception in the resort, a beach bar in season. You can rent bikes, boats, paddleboards and other sports equipment. The entire resort is secured.  The building is located right next to the forest, on the edge of the area with sufficient privacy, it has a unique view of the water area, hills, forests and the sunset. Winter rules the frozen landscape, ideal for skating, skiing and cross-country skiing.
