A beautiful log cabin, “Bumbálka,” is now available on the mountain market. It has undergone a complete and luxurious renovation, while still preserving the spirit of the original character of the building. It is located on a hill next to the forest, surrounded by pristine mountain nature with flowing streams and a stunning view of the valley. The plot belonging to the log cabin measures a total of 16,652 m². Its boundaries are marked in the video. The footprint of the log cabin is 230 m², with a usable area of approximately 368 m².
The cabin is located at an elevation of around 750 meters above sea level. Just above the cabin, it is possible to connect to cross-country skiing tracks and numerous hiking trails, which you can take to nearby places such as Benecko, Špindlerův Mlýn, Vrchlabí, etc. This makes it an excellent starting point for both active relaxation and passive leisure, with the guarantee of complete privacy and peace.
The property is accessible year-round via a paved road by car. The plot features a lift that can be activated to provide a comfortable supply elevator to the cabin. In the lower part of the plot, it is permitted to build a garage by the main road.
The log cabin features an entrance to a veranda with windows and a view of the valley, as well as access to a terrace below the windows from the spacious ground-floor common room, which has a painted wooden ceiling and a beautiful, large stove. Heating is provided by space heaters that can be controlled via a mobile app as part of a smart home system, and locally by a solid fuel stove - the furnace. Drinking water is from a private drilled well. Waste is managed by a septic tank with a drainage system. The property is secured by a Jablotron system.
Due to its location, Vítkovice is an ideal starting point for trips along the mountain ridges. Places such as Dvoračky, Rezek, Rovinka, Horní Mísečky, and Zlaté návrší are accessible by bike or on foot. Vítkovice is a sought-after recreational area during the winter season, with several ski resorts. The Aldrov ski resort lies at an elevation of 733 meters above sea level, where a four-seat chairlift and red and blue slopes cover a vertical drop of 135 meters.
